You can return purchases in their original condition, together with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt and we’ll be able to give you a refund minus the outbound shipping cost (unless proved to be faulty).

Please note that the items listed below are not eligible for refund: Perishable goods e.g. plants, seeds or food
Ticketed events and gift tickets
Day passes which are valid for 365 days

Protectively sealed items e.g. cosmetics, creams and perishable goods Annual Memberships which have been activated

Return postage will be at your own expense and it will be your responsibility to make sure that all goods arrive back to the Garden in their original condition, please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
